So from what I can muster from this is to use the illusionist attack once you have a full screen of blocks. Use that time to setup the 4 way. Then cast the Alch attack on the one middle block that doesn't have a home. At which point you continue to either continue or grow your multiplier. Correct me if I'm wrong.
P.s The 4 way setup is very difficult to set up. I'm assuming you cast illusion away from the area in which you are going to setup the 4 way. Like down in the far right corner where nothing important is effected. Or do I have that wrong?

You are correct.
Thanks to TC1 for getting pics, showed me the harder way and the slightly more pro way!

That is mostly right. Read the link above for the full description on variants from others like firekiller and myself.
Also, you don't need to use the *illusion* on a full screen of bricks because you can pull up bricks during illusion (though that wastes time - it is better if you start full).
You *DO* need to use the alchemy on a full screen. If you use it, then pull up, the alchemy will only work on blocks that were present and fully on the board when it was used.
I agree the four way alchemy setup is hard, but that is fitting because it has the highest yield. I think its way better than the illusion/sorcery combo that was the highest yield and simplest making other techniques worthless. This at least adds some balance imo.

Now could I pull up a full set of bricks then cast alchemy without the need of illusion as you stated, and as the bricks are dissolving pull up quickly so I have almost a full boat of bricks again and than cast illusion and setup some multipliers?
Also I really don't understand how you could not use illusion right away to setup the 4 way. I mean thats not easy to do by just sliding bricks back and forth up and down ya know? But is that what people do that are above avg ?

I don't mean for this to sound prude, but it is easy to set the four-way up after you've had a bit of practice. You'll see it soon enough.

After a bit of practice, it's cake.

I did not use any lag cheats on this summon - but if you notice the timer lag (video time vs. game time) it is probably because when you multichain on an iPhone3g it looks like it lags the processor. I used release 3.2 with the 2-button audiohack disabled.
So timestamps might be a major issue even for honest players and it may be easier to play on an iphone than an itouch due to the faster processor speed on the touch. But since I don't own a touch I can't really compare it.
That being said, this video is a good demonstration of the multicolor alchemy setup, as well as how to work orb attacks into your chain. This was my best try in playing for about 25 minutes, but I did get lucky as 90k without lag hacks is my best ghost in daemons yet... You decide if I look like I can play well.

yes, this video helped me out tremendously. Now I can setup the 4 way and gain the massive multiplier .. I need more practice to continue the chain of events though. The second alchemy after the illusion is what I will spend time on. Thanks so much for taking the time.

The iPhone is really that slow? I swear I get about half the time you do for each match to blow on the touch. In fact, I feel like my time goes down after a 10x multi, I was under the impression it was supposed to, but after watching that I guess I am confused.

When your multiplier hits a certain point, the game slows down by design.
I'm guessing that it was never anticipated what the ramifications would be if you were able to maintain your multiplier for the entire summoning!

I dont have a touch. Perhaps somebody can post a video where they are popping as much crap on the screen and upoad it to youtube so we can be more certain. I know the audiohack works differently on the touch than the iPhone and I suspect there is a major difference in gameplay (once you are actually popping/moving lots of stuff) between the two.
At this point I would say that I have some reasonable evidence to believe that anyone playing on an iPhone has a definate advantage. If you call cheating having an unfair advantage then I would say anyone playing on an iPhone is cheating.
Don't know how they could fix this really - it would take a major revision to the game to make them run the same on different devices.
If they had simply went for syncronous combat (two player normal in real time style) then all of the audio hack, lag hacks, and different processor speeds on different devices would be irrelevant.
In fact, the issue would then become latency which might make the iPhone perform more poorly. Just my $.02 on the matter.

My blocks pop fast right away, then they increase in duration until I get to 10-15x, all of the sudden they hang around for what seems like less than they do in the beginning. Is this a hump I have to get over? If I use weapons to climb high, the multiplier extra time is almost non-existent, that's all on the touch. I wouldn't call it cheating though as it's not the fault of anyone... Steve Jobs maybe?
I have been very discouraged to far regarding my multiplier pop time, I think my max multi is 47 or something, and I really have never noticed additional time, but notice the lack of time. I can consistently without weapons get to the teens and sometimes twenty with the multi, but like I said, I can't compete with the iPhone it appears. Or maybe I am missing something? I would rather be missing something...
