I am having issues after upgrading to AFII.... played AF with no issues and when I got a new device it would not transfer the account, which is kinda funny cause the site says my user name and password are correct. I have a device id if that can be switched from my old device to my new one that would be great.
But if I cannot play AFII with my old account, I would like to contact someone regarding getting a refund to my Paypal account. Emailed two different email addresses so far listed on this site for account issues, and have not heard from either one of them. Hopefully this can be resolved, I would hate to remove this app and give it a bad review in the app store.
Losing an account and having to start over due to switching devices would be a serious programming flaw.
Any help would be appreciated, this is the third method of communication I am now attempting to make with the developer.
I have read all the threads here, and the poster "buschwacked" has (had as it was fixed) that I have. I had the original game and I played before I deployed. The storage lot that held my gear while I was deployed and I lost my belongings (including my iPhone). I have the 3G and bought AFII (as I can't find the first in the app store) and it says my email isn't unique. Is there a way you can let me use my email account again for this game? I really don't want to create another just for this. Thanks for help.
I seem to be having the same roblem as Donethat. I've had this game on my iTouch (1st gen, 16 gigs) since the beginning and recently updated to AFII. My username, password, or my email address are not recognised.
I also tried to regenerate my profile but received an error 500 from the server.
Any help would be appreciated...

I have tried everything and am not able to get past the Character name and Email not Unique messages.
Steps: I tried to recover password. I uninstalled/ re-installed. I tried to verify info and am told they do not match. When I request password to be sent using my email, I am given my user name and password. Help!!!!
