First of all, awesome game! Very addictive (darn you)! Great graphics, great sound, great animations, great flow. Well done!
On the iPhone 3G, if I have turned the phone to silent mode and bring up the game, the music and sound effects are in full effect. This was surprising as I was expecting there to be no sound (I didn't want to distract others around me -- or call attention to the fact that I can't stop playing your addictive game!).
Is that a bug in the program, or a setting I can change somewhere?

If you have not already done so, go to the settings menu (built in utility app). Scroll down and there are sound settings for enabling/disabling AF sound.
The only complaint I have heard so far is you can't disable the vibrate that comes with making chains. I can't figure out how to do so if it is possible plz post. So to some extent it still may annoy others if, hypothetically, you were to play it in class or at work *wink wink*.
This has been around awhile, so I am not sure if the devs have not gotten to it or are too morally upright to allow such a thing!

I logged the vibrate issue as a defect before the last release. We'll see if it gets included in a future release.
