Hey Everyone, We've had reports of people having trouble transferring their accounts. Basically, the confusion comes down to a small goof on our part. We're working on a fix to make things more understandable. In the mean time...
The transfer account screen is asking for your email or your account username. If you only played The Beginning, then this is going to be your username NOT your email. You can retrieve your username by using the forgot password feature. We will email you a randomized password as well as your account username.
If you have already started a new account, you can recover your old one by uninstalling the arena and reinstalling it. This will allow you to go through the process of transferring an account again.
If you have any questions, please post on this thread. We will respond and help as we can!

was that the e-mail you used when setting up your account?
If you used a different account when setting up, then use that one. If it is an email account you don't have anymore, you might have to e-mail the devs and ask them to do it manually.

I used my username and PW and it still didn't transfer. It said it did though. :/
Doesn't matter to much anymore because my new character is almost caught up to my old one.

It will not let me retrieve my account from beginning. It would not let me put in a user name or pass before at all and now all I get is a message "An account with no username and password has been detected for your device. Press Retrieve to download this account." This was what I played while waiting to find out how to properly transfer my account from beginning. How do I do this when it keeps trying to put this no username account in there , and it will not let me put in an e-mail and password combo either.
I have deleted from the iPhone and re-installed twice and am still stuck. Need help please.

But I never remember setting up an account and if I did it's with the email I tried to retreive it with. And how do I set up an account?

I can verify my account on the website. But when I try to transfer it I hit a brick wall (it just keeps saying "Was not able to transfer account") I have reset my password and tried almost everything I can think of. Any help that I can get it greatly appreciated. ADDED: also where exactly can i find the UDID that the verification pages asks for? ADDED: Sorry for the semi stupid question. I found an answer for it in: tekky.xnet.org/iphone/af/ANOTHER ADDITION: I also tried to use my UDID to verify my account and it wasn't recognized. ANOTHER ADDITION: I have the same problem that Mardin stated. have downloaded update, still will not let me transfer account. skips past account transfer and says there is an account with no username or password for this device. How do I get rid of that account and transfer my beginning account???

To get the udid when your iPod Is plugged in go to summaries tab and look for serial right under the ipod info. Then click on the serial number until it changed to I'd number. That long code is your udid

Just bought The Arena and tried transfering my account.
Unfortunately, I do not know the e-mail address I used, nor my password. So I used the "forgot password" option, which claims to have send me a new password.
In none of my e-mail accounts I have actually received any password. Besides, when you enter a non-existing e-mail address like rubbish@nonexistingdomainyouidiot.com the game will still tell you a new password has been sent.
I can see my details on the web site by using the UDID, but there's also no option to change the e-mail address or password.
So I am stuck now. Please help.

I wonder if it's possible for them to set up an account page on their website. Where you log in, can change your PW, current e-mail and whatever else.

I am at a lost. I used the following url to verify my account: aurorafeint.com/verifyIt worked by using my account name (not my email address) however when in game neither in begginning or arena would it recognize my account. and yes, internet is on and available. please help!

Hello! I have a problem with transferring my account. Yesterday I have bought second version of Aurora Feint, started it and decided to restore my account from "The Beginning". I played "The Beginning" for a long time and my skills reached almost maximum (all magic 4/4, other skills 7/8 and 6/8). I spent a lot of time to do so and I don't want to lose those skills.
When in "The Arena" I've chosen "Transfer account" I was asked to enter my email and password. I did so, but the answer was "no such pair of login and password", I restored the password and I was given a new one. I decided to change the password right away, but for some reason change didn't work. And that happened several times. Then I understood that instead of email I should enter regular "The beginning" login and then my account was transferred.
BUT for some reason my hero becomes neophite level 1!!! I thought that there's some problem, deleted and installed "The arena" again. And tried to transfer account one more time - nothing changed. Then I executed "The beginning" and choose "sync account to server". That function used to work perfectly fine, but yesterday the program just crashed! I rebooted my phone, but nothing changed.
Then I decided to delete and install "The beginning" from scratch. Unfortenatyle, after that my account simply refuses to restore in game! I enter valid login and password (which work no problem in "The Arena") and game says that it can't transfer account and what I left with is an option to create new one! I'm shocked, how to fix it?!! Then I've tried to delete and install "The arena" again. Transferring account was successful, but my hero became Enlightened 57 for some reason and all my skills, including magic, became 0!!! Absolutely all of them, did I reach that level for no purpose in "The Beginning"?!
I used "Verify Account" option on your website, but there's the same Neophite 1. Please tell me how to restore my skills Thanks in forward, my login in game is "Olyapka", email - Olyapa@gmail.com

I am pulling my hair out here! I have entered my account name and password to no avail! I was able to verify it with my UDID on the web page. I have sent several e-mails with no response. Please help
