I have AF: the Beginning II and cannot even play the game or start a new account. It correctly authenticates my profile, finds my character ect. Then it finds the correct email address and then when I try to make a password for it, it says that I need to enter a valid email address.
I can't even play the game! If I can't log in or play the game, can I at least have a refund?

I have really loved AF since it first came out, but I can't even play the new Arena game that I PAID for. The Beggining still works fine, but when I try to log on to the Arena, I have the same problem as pikamookie. It tells me I need to enter a valid email address. The problem is that it is the only email addy I've ever used with the account, and it is correct. So I can't even get into the Arena to reset anything to see if that will help. Will someone please respond about fixing this?

I have a level 42 character. Now, after a few months of inactivity, it authenticates based on my Apple ID, and asks me to proceed. On doing so I'm asked to enter my password for my email address. When I do, this error pops up:

I think I'm getting this error as well... noted it in the "AFII Lite" area but didn't get a response. Maybe posting here will be better? can I get some help? I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling but it didn't help...
