Great game! I'm actually relieved to know that there's a known and quite common bug because my troubles had led me to do the series of uninstalls/reinstalls and iPhone restores, all to no avail. The fixes (from you, other developers and Apple) will be very welcome so all of us users can return to non-productivity.
One thing I didn't see addressed (I may have missed the thread) is whether it's possible to install the game on more than one device (in my case, my original iPhone and new iPhone 3G). I know when launching the game, it checks my account. Does having two separate installs for the same account cause problems of any kind (e.g., launch issues on one of the devices)?
The reason I ask is because all of my launch problems were isolated to the 3G iPhone, not the original iPhone (which continues to launch and play the game fine). I don't know how the problem is playing out in the wild (specifically, if anyone else has reported multiple installs and what problems they were having).

The multiple installs thing was just a thought. It seems well documented that the 2.0 software and some of the 3rd party Apps have bugs. I'm sure updates in the coming days/weeks will clear up the problems other users and I are having.
