The "Sync With Remote" button NEVER becomes unclickable for me. I "lost" 29 levels because it never synced.

The "Sync With Remote" button NEVER becomes unclickable for me. I "lost" 29 levels because it never synced. No matter what I do, what network I'm on, my AFI will. not. sync. I got to a point where trying to navigate away from the mine crashes the game, so I downloaded AFII:Beg, thinking I could load my character. But even though my bf (who has the same 3G phone I do, but has played less) can "Sync With Remote," mine never completes the process. So there's no way for me to keep playing my character! I posted about this in a crash bugs thread, but there's been no response there. Hopefully this thread is closer to the surface.

Ditto to all the above. I believe the developers skipped town because they were overwhelmed with all the "account" issues. Sucks!!!!
UPDATE: As of the 01/13/09 update my crashing account problems have been FIXED.

Hey Guys,
My post has been updated again with more information about the known problems in the game. I urge people who are having problems to read the post carefully and if they still have problems after trying what is there to email me for more personal help. As there are many of you and one of me response time will not be instant but it will come.
Currently there are no known bugs that do not have fixes out or in the pipeline. Keep us informed and we will keep offering up the best game possible.

I'm still working off the original Aurora Feint and can't get my account verified, valid, etc. It keeps saying in I have no network connection or any other excuse that keeps coming up. I'm either on the Edge Network or using my wireless internet and still can't seem to be able to validate any sort of account.

I can't get my account back. Had to create a new account. My old account still shows as valid yet my apple identifier or device identifier, isn't recognized by the game when logging in. It told me I needed to create an account. I want my old account back. It was maxed out and I was really beginning to enjoy the arena. I can't even logg in with my old account.

Danielle fixed the problem for me... twice now. Got my account relinked. The problem seems to manifest when i've played the game offline. When i try to acces it when im online it resets my device and it presents me with the "new game" screen

I've never been able to transfer my original account to AFII: Arena, so I haven't been able to play my favorite game since it came out. Any help would be appreciated.

Now that my account got bumped back up, I can't seem to get more Magic Books. I completed the ones that were available (1.4x for everything but fire, which is 1.6x). There aren't any available in the shop.
