Just curious to see what game difficulty they are up to?
Anyone have an idea of how this works? It seems like certain blue prints may be the key to unlocking higher levels?
I am currently can go up to difficulty 45.

I think the maximum difficulty goes up by one each time you level up. For instance, I have 24 blueprints/items and 5 that I have earned but can't afford to buy in the store, for a total of 29. My maximum difficulty level is 30, which is the initial level 1 plus 29.
