Why delete a post that states the obvious? That you have taken money for something that does not work? That you are not helping?
Either state really clearly exactly what is going on, where, how long it will take and every other detail or accept that you will have problems keeping people happy - not that I think this is your goal at all.

What exactly isn't working for you? I have had several problems with the game and so far Danielle has been more than helpful in resolving the issues. I contacted her via email. Give that a shot.

ipod touch - installed beginnings, account failed. Did absolutely every single thing suggested here, nothing worked. See old account, cannot get it. new ipod touch - installed JUST AF, cannot get the account at all.
When all the problem forums are deleted and a great big "Email me because only I will help" message is there then I will. Until then this "game" is due a massive update.
I'll repost my first - now deleted - message when my laptop is charged. I kept a copy.

You need to open your eyes. Right at the top of this post, it says: My account had messed up so severely that the website didn't recognise my device ID. When none of the forum posts helped me I emailed Danielle and had a response in about 12hrs with my account fully restored. That counts as pretty good customer service in my book.

Your message was deleted because it contained obscene language. I used the email you registered on the forum with to send you a personal email asking what your problem was. Once I know where you are having issues I will gladly help you.
I help many people each day and try to keep the forum up to date with fixes for individual problems. If you slipped through the cracks at some point I apologize. Lets get you happy again!
