Hi, since some days I'm now stuck with AF the beginning because I can't play: everytime the app starts it asks me to transfer or to create a new account but it doesn't recognize my name/password nor my email.
I think there are some problems on the server.
Probably at this point I definitely lost my progresses but I don't mind, the thing I would like would be to be able to play again. Now all I can do is to create a new account and start playing but if I exit and re-enter the app, it will ask again for a transfer/new account because it can't hold my stats.
At this point I'm planning to restore completely the iphone with the new 2.2.1 firmware but I fear the problem is elsewhere on your servers, or am I wrong?

Sounds like a problem on our end. If you could email me and include the following information that would be best:
Username/Email that could be on your account Device Identifier Level you were at

Agree, Agree, Agree. This happened since the last update. All my progress and levels was gone. I tried so many times to get into my account but I was also asked to put in my Username and email address. Loved playing this game up until now. Please fix this soon otherwise many fans wont play the game. I hope Aurora 2 wont have the same problem.
