Just lost points from a game session apparently because my iPod touch failed to sync with the server. If it was indeed the problem, it'd be important to be able to save games locally. Even iPhones can occasionally lack connectivity and losing data in the cloud isn't fun. If connectivity wasn't the issue, then there's an actual bug in the way AF stores data.

Ill look into it. The data is saved locally and remotely. This should not occur.

this isnt really an issue, but i just have a question in general how does af save data? because my ipod is almost never connected to the internet, but it is saved so is it saved directly onto my ipod?

It saves onto your iPod/iPhone and when you are connected to the net, it syncs with the server for recovery.
