We are talking about resetting the world leaderboard to fix this problem. Yes, that would be great. +1 to resetting the leaderboard. What about deleting all ghosts too? When the rules change, it would be great for everyone to start on a fair ground.

No it doesn't. It's all the daemons in the level up tree. Rabbit is independent of that tree

now the last exploit to be fixed Is the processor lag exploit... It needs a tilt or something like old school pinball if the software sees too much CPU traffic for too long. This would fix the audiohack, web page loading, etc...
Oh, the WLB just displays new ghosts. The old ones are still there and are even in friends leaderboard still.

burtosis: but how would we implement that? You would need probably apple's approval.

Why would you need approval? Just query the cpu for usage and if it is fishy low for too long just give a warning then abort like pinball. Think about it, you have no controll over the gravity vector or inertia of the machine in pinball so how could you stop cheating??? Put a sensor in and if it goes off a little give a warning and allot just end the summon/duel/mining session. Iirc you have access to the CPU usage as a dev writing software. If not, it shouldn't be too hard to script something analgous. Just have a threshold based on the device and some actual game play data.

Hello All,
Is everyone happy with the way that we reset the WLB?
The exploit will not be coming back. Please let me know if there are others things (other than the audio hack being fixed) that you would like to see.

How about a clean slate for ghosts? At least any that have used the illusion tool, since its lingering affects are now gone.

Uhhh... Only ghosts who used ILLUSION SORCERER, since that is gone.

Hi Guys,
We are working on the best answer to this question since people who don't update will still have access to the exploit. When we have come to a conclusion I will post here again. It hasn't passed our mind though, we are working on this.
Thanks Danielle

Either force an update or ban their ghosts. Forcing requires disabling the game until that user updates.

I like the current solution which is to have a leaderboard just for Daemons. The old ghosts can stay IMO if there is a seperate board - afterall the rules are different.
I am happy with the new arrangement of the leaderboard myself.
Outside of a few remaining exploits I think the game is faster paced, more balanced and has a richer feel than before. Good job to Danielle and Jason for thier hard work!!!

I sorta agree, but people who have updated must have old ghosts removed from old leaderboard coughplus3withhis500kghostcough jk
