New Device - Forgotten Password

I recently updated to a new device, but I am unable to transfer my account because I cannot remember my password. I can't access the forgotten password feature because it wants me to setup a new account. Also, I do not have my old device to verify the account or request a new password that way. What can I do to transfer my account?

bump. I am having the exact same problem.

I had an iPod Touch, never even KNEW what the heck the UDID was, sold it to buy a 3GS, and forgot my password. There is no "forgot your password, click here." Maybe this should be in a different section... just a suggestion, it would be nice to have a page where you could update account information and/or manage characters. Anyhow, love the game, and looking forward to your response!
