Lol, this is a very good point, so when they do release the new one, it should do very well, cause everyone is going to want to see what all the noise was about! Keep in mind this is negative press though... Ya you are right, but you don't think once the app gets back on the store and Apple "approves it" that people will want to see what all the fuss was about? I hope that is what happens, then soon after if that is what happens they should release an update and charge for it. It really is a great game and they deserve to make a few bucks for it.

In my opinion id say let the developers do what they want.. I love the game and you guys have done a great job. My only concern is private information should never be sent over the internet unencrypted no matters what that information might be. Other than that I believe you are the developers so you make the rules (minus the ones you guys have to follow that apple have already set for you)! If you want to start charging I'd gladly pay and I have already written apple urging that they put Af back up and that it is the best game I have played so far. I have over 50 applications and this is in the top 5 for smoothest running and sadly the other in the top 5 all costed around $10 while AF was FREE! By far I rate this #1 for most enjoyable game I have came across yet and I've got almost all of them downloaded so that a big pat on the back. I greatly appreciate the work you guys have put into this game and am looking forward to further updates.
I urge everyone who loves this game dont write about how much you love it on these forums write to apple letting them know, and make it known that despite the minor security flaws ( which we have been assured are already fixed if the next update would be published) this is an amazing game and deserves to be on the application store. I have done so already so now go make your voice heard!
Thanks again for the great game!

Xander... I totally agree I too just wrote to them and do hope they take our emails into account and see that we truly appreciate this game... well enough to see it back up ... there are a lot of bullshit apps on there and go any where near 50 and up . I am however gonna give them the some benefit before being too harsh but there are some i have tried on my friends phone which they deeply regret paying for..... and they love AF which I am glad to say I recommended, some did not get the chance due to it being pulled out for unknown reasons.. so to all of you don't just complement the devs.. help them by sending emails to apple asking why the app was pulled out then based on the response, request that it be reinstalled.. I am sure the devs and other people would appreciate it.....

socom. I can tell you exactly what I do for a hobby, and that is to disect viruses, find out who they come from and report them to the Feds. I have been doing that since 1994, armed with nothing more than a binhex editor. I now am one of the leading security hardening tech in my state for school systems, and private organizations in my state. I think I can say with very little issue that any person hositing a data server follows strict security rules. I doubt that the data taken by this game is in any danger, of course if people keep directing attention to the server that may not hold true. So you can complain all you want about it, but as they say loose lips sink ships, or servers in this case. How about stop drawing attention to the flaws and your data will probably stay safer on the long run.

cyberpawz: SANS? Ah well, I keep checking back, hoping AF has been re-released. It really is a fantastic game! Once all of this goes below the fold in the "B-Section" ... downloading this game is going to wild.

Hello Danielle: I like your program and am looking forward to your updates. Apple seems to have acted in a rather high-handed manner without any consideration for the consumer of its and your products. How can I help/vote/etc. to persuade Apple to relist Aurora Feint? Sincerely, Anthony G Todd

Keep in mind this is negative press though... Who was it that said 'any press is good press'....people are talking about Aurora Feint - and when the problem is solved, then those folks will come running to see what all the fuss is about.

Personally I was using sites and tech well thrown by the wayside like the OS9 version of ResEdit. Hopefull the game will be released soon, I enjoy it a lot.

Exactly what I meant! And we (at least most of us I believe) are in America after all, where bad press = the BEST kind of press!
