where do we get crash reports? Is there a debug file? I uninstalled and reinstalled and it found my old account from last week on the server! Let's see if it crashes any more.

Hi Jason. I'm crashing on the iPod touch, too. Seems to be after so many rows &/or minutes of play. Please let us know how to send the crash reports. It would be interesting to hear what's happening.
BTW, I didn't have any crashes on the first release ... so maybe it's just pilot error?

Has anyone noticed: when multiple blocks, tools, #x, explosions, etc. are all happening at once the game glitches?
I was playing earlier, very methodically & carefully, lining up everything for max points. When the chain-reaction started _then_ AF froze. Before that it was going along smoothly.
Wonder if all of the action is overloading the processors or buffers?

When i did the update, I too was crashing about 100 or so blocks into the mines. I shut down my ipod, and turned it back on, and it fixed the problem for about two complete rounds through the mines, and then crashed on the 3rd time. Restarting the ipod again made it work for another round. It seems to me that this would mean that there could be a memory leak, and it is running out of computer resources. But until the next update, restarting every other game seems to work for me and I've had no other crashing issues.

I don't have a crash log to send, I have never seen itunes say there are any. But I can say that the crashing was almost never when I restarted my character, but as I get more skills and more items it almost always crashes now. To the point when I amy have to stop playing now.
Thing that seem common: Always during a block destruction animation More frequently when I am using two fingers to pull blocks up More frequently when tools are exploding Also happened a few times upon levelling up
I think I have hung my itouch about 10-15 times tonight

Oh, there we are: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<devicename>\iMmo_* Not sure I notice anything obvious but maybe Jason does. Jason, do you want us to flood you with these logs? Maybe we can discuss some commonalities in terms of when the bugs happen. This one might be far-fetched but is there any chance the bug might happen more if the device is set to have sound effects on? I noticed that, when I switched sound effects off, I could finally play the game. But I also did some other things which may have solved the problem.

On my iPod Touch 32GB all five crashes so far happened when a block with the "pocket watch" timestopper icon appeared (with sound effects on or off). Sometimes when mining it, sometimes when it was still shaded not yet in play, which might have been just as it was about to go into play and be automatically mined, not sure. It does not always happen because I have successfully mined at least one of those blocks (with sound effects off), but it does happen almost every time. Since update 1.0.0.1 I have not managed more than about 3 minutes of mining before the game freezes and goes silent. I played for hours on 1.0 without crashing (levels 7,7,7,7,7,6 - about 20k-25k of each mined, 0 tools of any type). After each crash no crystals have accrued to the store since the update.

I found that the game crashes when you use two fingers and there are 2 tool blocks next to each other that are about to break. For example Upward movement xxx xox xox
The tool blocks never break. The game just crashes. I presume this is a bug with the tools.

@gareth Has your crash always been with two tools? I've had a similar issue but it's usually one tool while I pull up more bricks. The blocks explode and the animation freezes and I'm forced to reset. This wasn't an issue when I reset my character but now that I've progressed to longer game play for upgrades I'm pretty much stuck. Hope Danielle and Jason get this fix in an update soon.
