Update Issue and a Question or Two

On my iPod Touch, I downloaded the new update and on startup the new intro started briefly for a few seconds and then gave me a blank screen and nothing else. I exited out of the game and restarted it. This worked just fine but instead of the new intro I now go directly to the map. How do I see the new intro, tutorials, etc?

Also, I want to restart my character and just start fresh with the tools, etc. How do I do this? When I reset levels, it doesn't start me over but rather just clear out my levels and not my tools acquired, etc. I also tried deleting the game and reinstalling it but the game pulled my info from your server and instead of completely resetting my character, gave it all back to me. How do I delete my current character and start fresh???

I had the same issue with intro. What you have to do is reinstall game. When the intro starts then cuts to blank screen, tap the screen and you'll get video controls similar to YouTube. The intro is just a QuickTime movie.
