Ciao, I have problems too. 1 I layed it one time after this when I try to launch it after 10-15 seconds go back to the main menu. 2. I disinstalled the game reload again and lauch: startup screen ok after few seconds the screen goes black but the music goes on. 3 relauch it and now it seems it works bye
It's crashing on launch for me too, and seems to be something to do with address book lookup. I think I may have deleted the contact in my address book that refers to myself... perhaps that's the problem?
Hi Danielle & Jason. Great job on the game-LOVE it! But on Sunday it started crashing on launch so I can't play. Downloaded the fix on Saturday & played for hours (had over 30,000 crystals) and then on Sunday it simply stopped launching. As with everyone else, the launch screen appears and then it simply goes right back to the main screen. iPhone, 8GB. Please fix. I love this game!
Bummer me too now with the crash and bounch back to springboard....yikes I finally was able to make some progress in the game and don't want to start over. I hope the update fixes so I don't have to start all over......
I collected a lot of crash logs from the community over the past week. As a result I was able to track down many of these problems and am confidant that most of these issues will be solved when the update we are working on now gets to you.
Apologies for a potentially dumb question:
How do I know what version I'm running?
I have an iPhone 3g w/ 6.8GB available and have the same issue with the AF application not getting past the "Loading" screen.
I've had the problem before and re-installed AF, but was only able to play a couple of times before it started acting up again ...
When posting about this type of crash please specify whether:
a) it crashed almost instantly like the game barely ever started or b) it sort of hung on the loading screen for a bit and then crashed.
B. Files sent to your crash email address.
Hard booting had no effect, neither did playing a song in the ipod part of the phone. It had been working fine until today when I tried to play it. Also tried the 2.0.1 upgrade and that didn't help either.
