Ok, this actually goes for any application I have... I'm not claiming it will work for everyone on every app, but it's worth a shot if you haven't tried it already.
It seems to me that after some time playing games on 2.0, the whole iPod gets unstable. So, (very easy plan) if you haven't tried this already... Just turn it off and back on (the Phone/iPod I mean) and (for me) it works like a dream for at least an hour, when it seems to get unstable again.
I understand this sounds like something everyone could do, but based on the amount of complaints it seems like I should post it.
Note: I'm on a 16 GB Touch, and this method has let me not only start the game reliably, but I have not lost a single crystal due to crashing yet.

I agree. Usually it's not JUST AF that's broken when it breaks. Frequently, particularly games, applications just refuse to work after the phone's been on/in use for a while. Maybe an issue with the 2.0 framework and hopefully will be fixed with an update soon.

Exactly,
My point is that we should NOT complain and give Danielle and Jason more "bugs" to fix when they could be furthering the content and reaching MMO status.
Because the "bugs" everyone talks about may always be there until the iPod/iPhone software itself is fixed.
(Trust me, I know there are plenty of issues with the software... I have lost my iPod Touch for 2 weeks because of crashing--> not starting... It's not a good feeling.)
