A general notice: On the AF screen, it still says 1.0.0.1(on my comp at least) and when I check for update it says no updates available. If this happens, go to the AF page in iTunes and download it. 1.0.1 is released!!

...I guess they are too busy working on their "blacklist" to keep the phones from running any application they don't approve of. The "black list" is not about disabling applications. It's about disabling the GPS functionality of rogue applications that use the location feature without the user's consent. If I had copy and paste, I'd give you the link, but since I don't, I'll just tell you that an article was posted on Mac Daily News today.

Never heard of a blacklist, but I'm am pretty sure that the notification for location services is system-wide and unoverridable, so it would be impossible to use it without consent. On the other hand, I did have a game that asked for my location for no reason. I didn't allow it.

It's really strange, it is out, I have it, but at the App store it's still the "old" update listed and information. So for those who can't find it in "all free apps" section, just power search on it and click on it. It's the new one. Molten Lava done, no crashes yet! Woot!

Additional puzzle packs added (more essence levels)
Any info about this?

I think most of that stuff listed was from the 1.0.0.1 update. Nonetheless, Molton Lava is different. The essences are still up to 4 otherwise.

Okay, so I beat the new Molten Lava on the second try. Now I'm back to having nothing to do but mine for resources. Oh well... I guess that was a little anticlimactic, but I did it to myself, because I knew this was just a bug fix. Oh well, now I can look forward to the next update! *checks app store*

I just installed the update. I get some unusual readings when I'm trying to build blueprints now. For example....I may only need 10 of one essence, but 240 of another. It seems impossible to do that in two or three minutes. With the older update, even for the master level, the most I needed was 75. Has anyone else encountered this? Was this supposed to happen?

Bran
I guess this might be intentional. Just had one which needed twice 75 and it caught me off guard. I used to use lots of alchimist and just do brute force. My guess is - to get to high numbers in a single resource you HAVE to play on multipliers. Without multipliers I agree - it probably becomes near impossible. But if you just have to look out for a single resource and can concentrate to use the multiplier on that resource ...
Haven't done it yet - but I guess you can at least double the amount of a single resource that way.

Well the first time I tried playing after the update it it gave me an "out of memory error" as soon as the first mining game started. After a hard reboot it was fine. Now I just charged my phone and tried playing and it wouldn't go past the title screen, just kept kicking me back to springboard. After another hard reboot it seems fine.
