Blueprints and magicbooks grayed out.

After I have bought a blueprint or a magicbook, when I go to the smith and the tower the item I just bought is listed but grayed out and not selectable. I have tried reseting my character levels and reinstalling the app but it still happens.

You can only build a blueprint you have bought if you have enough resources to attempt it. If you don't have enough resources, then the blueprint will remain greyed out in the smith.

Without seeing a screenshot, I cannot be absolutely sure that this is the problem you are seeing but from your description it sounds likely.

I'd suggest going back to the mine and continuing to collect resources.

I maybe having the same problem. I've had to reset a number of times. It finally works, however it started me from level zero. So, I played the mining game and have 630 crystals. I have not purchase anything yet. When I go to the store, it doesn't let me buy anything and I can not level up until I buy a tool. How does this get fixed?
