Hello there my Name is Sergio. I have been a real big fan of this free game app since day one I saw and played it. Now of course I am thinking otherwise since the upgrades your game developers have been adding have been doing things such as loosing all my gaming history and the need to create a new one loosing my spot, "which was pretty far into it when lost. Not a shining moment" as well as consistently crashing and not working for days on end like I experiencing now. I know this app is for free but guys keep in mind that with such a decision and a huge fan base your obligation is to keep things flowing smoothly as possible without your players loosing so much data and use of the game. I am truly smitten ed by the uniqueness and concept of this game along with its audio track and RPG feel that one couldn't help but fall in love with it at first play and glance. I would truly appreciate any light you could shed on this subject other wise you could loose a huge part of your fan base which could include me. Thank you for your time and patience...
P.S. Really is a wonderful and unique game. Cu dos none the less...

I can't speak for the developers of this software and I'm pretty new here, but like all software, there's bound to be problems. Considering that it's relatively new and free, I'm really impressed by the quality of the game and the vision to expand it and make it better in the future. The minor inconvenience of having to start over (for me) isn't too bad. I think that if you're a real fan of the game, you will keep looking forward to the improvements and have fun!

The loss of accounts during update is something that happens because the save files are not properly copied to the new app bundle on "some" updates. I say some because it is totally random and not related to Aurora Feint. Jason and I have reported this to Apple and will see if we hear anything back. There is an update we are working on that will change how we track accounts on devices and making it more transparent when it is up to date on our servers and allowing you to click a button that manually pushes it to the server.
The crashes should be for the most part non existence in the newer releases.

The previous update (1.0.1.1) deleted my character, but the most recent update (1.0.1.2) brought it back!
Try updating the game and see if the same happens for you as well.
