I just downloaded the latest update to The Arena II
I could not get into the game it kept crashing. I reinstalled it from my main computer and I can now get into the program but my account is gone totally gone!
And if I try and create a new one it keeps telling me my e-mail is not valid.
I've think I may have lost my account forever but why can't i start a new one! Help please.

Delete the application from both your device and your computer. Simply downloading the update crashes the application. Download a completely new copy to your device, then try getting back in.

Hi Samuraijack Thanks for the info. I did that. I can get back in now but it will still not allow me to access my old account no matter what I tried. It kept telling me I need a connection. Even though I was connected. Then it said my e-mail was invalid when I tried to create a new account. I had to use a secondary e-mail and another character name and start over from square one. I would love to be able to access my original character is there any way to do that?
