Hey Guys,
We are testing the save game stuff rigorously to try and understand the issues that you are all coming across. The crashes and stability are being addressed and the save data we are working on. The two may be inter-related.
In order to determine whether your accounts exist and are not being found I need your device ids. There are a lot of you so it is difficult to get the device ids, check and respond. It however would be valuable data in determining what is and is not working to have your device ids and what you are currently experiencing.
Please email daniellecassley@gmail.com with subject "Account Lost" and I will look into what is going on. I may not have time to respond to individuals but will try my best. At minimum the information will help us determine whether we have an internal problem and what it is.

OMG please help. I lost my mining lvl 65ish character named Gideon after trying to reinstall and help the game load. Thanks!!!!!!!
