My sister accidentally uninstalled Aurora Feint, I didn't really bother because I thought that if I used the same name, I would keep my levels and continue from where I were. But when I installed the game again I chose the same character and name, but i started again from level 1 ! Is it supposed to be like that?

Name is not the identifier on your account, your devices ID is. Can you tell me what you IMEI for your phone is (its under settings)? I believe that is the identifier we are using. From that I can see if your account ever synced with the web. If it hasn't what your seeing makes sense, if it has then it doesn't and hopefully the update will restore you to hapiness!

But I have an iPod Touch, they don't have IMEI's , but anyway, I already have more levels, so it doesn't really matter.
And also if you have an iPod Touch you can't find friends.

iPodTouches have a device ID. Why can't you find friends? Do you have friends in your address book? We use an iTouch for development and it finds our other devices ok. I'd like to help so let me know.

I'd like to help so let me know. There seems to be a general failure here: account gets messed up and character gets stuck at level zero.

Oooh, that's why I couldn't find any friends, so the game searches contacts from the contacts list and looks for a mobile number that's saved in the database? Am I wrong?

My games for iTunes was accidentally left unchecked for syncing, and AF was uninstalled. Now, my character is back to level 0, I can't provide her a name, I'm stuck in the tutorial, and I'm at full Experience and can't gain any levels. Admin, please send me an email at flamesrfer@aol.com and I'll provide my IMEI, or whatever else you need (unless there is another preferred way to communicate - i'd like to keep my IMEI private)

I believe it's possible to identify the model # of your ipod right on the back of the device, down near the bottom in very small print. At least that's where the IMEI numbers are on iPhones.

Model #, FCC ID, and IC ID do appear on the back of the phone, yes.

The DeviceID can be found unter: VISTA: C:\Users\username\AppData\roaming\Apple Computer\Lockdown WinXP:C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Apple Computer\Lockdown MacOS: ~/Library/Lockdown/ it looks like a sha hash to me... so no problem to give it away

There are two methods to find your Device ID 1) on the back of your iPhone/iPod 2) as nbnb said, in hidden folders in your computer

The third way to find your DID is using 'ad hoc helper' a free download from the app store.
