I noticed when I went from my iPod Touch to iPhone, even though I did a backup off my iPod Touch (to load to my iPhone), none of my game settings where there, causing me to restart.
It would be nice, when we create our accounts, to actually create a login so you can use it from multiple devices. I don't take my iPhone to the gym (I don't want calls there), so I use my iPod Touch. When doing the dreaded cardio, AF makes the time go by a lot faster; however, progress is only made on one device, not 2.
Just a suggestion, plus if it ever moves to flash or other languages (Java/Cocoa/etc) it would nice for a centralized login.

This has been suggested by several people. Right now the game is tied to a particular phone, in the future we expect to have something very similar to what you are talking about.

I'll look forward to the announcement that this has been done. I don't want to put any more time into advancing my character until then.

Danielle,
I know I've posted this on another thread, but it seems relevant here also. I just upgraded my iPhone to the new 16GB 3G iPhone. I fully expected to restart from the beginning with AF, and had no problem with that. However when I connected my phone, iTunes game me the option to 'clone' my data from my old phone. I did that, and all my AF data haas been transferred. I've not lost anything, my account is fine and I have the same levels etc as I had on the old phone.
I don't know if there's any info I can send you that might help understand why despite having a new phone that the game hasn't been reset. Maybe there's a simple way for people to transfer their account without you needing to do anything on the app side?
