I just made the most awesome move including a x4 multiplier, a furie with a 5 flashing block explosion, an alchemist bomb and a dream cathcher I made 20000 points in one unrepeatable move when Aurora crashed. I lost it all! I thought you had these crashes sorted?? It actually crashes more often now. When are you going to get this fixed?

ahhhh man. I'm really sorry! We had fixed a few crash bugs that people were getting, but it seems that uncovered more. I guess you could say it's like peeling an onion. We're working on getting these all sorted out. Again, I'm *really* sorry... I know how frustrating it is. I've had it happen to me too. We'll have it sorted out soon though

I thought you were saving progress locally. I don't see why I should have lost those points. If you save locally everytime ANYTHING happens and save remotely whenever anything "note worthy" happens, these kind of things should be avoided.

Jason, Danielle? Any comment on a more graceful recovery from crashes?

We are saving progress locally and remotely just like you said. The game is saved locally at the end of the mini-game and when noteworthy things happen (like buying or completing something). It has been noted that several people have run into problems similar to what you just said. We will work potentially saving progress more regularly. The crashes are being taken care of (we collected crash logs and are fixing away).

I think there should be a save button, where you can manually save your game, or at the very least, a setting that allows you to set the game to save every 30 secs or every 5 mins for example.

I'd also like to request a "save" or a "pause and save progress" option. I know that it'll save if you just quit the app (if it doesn't crash out) but....it'd be nice to be able to save all those crystals from disappearing if we chose to save it mid-way through a mining session or whatnot.
Just sayin'

I really didn't think this was a big deal until it happened to me today.
Now, I really feel your pain.
