my account seems to have randomly been reset to beginning level/ stats with a wiped inventory! Is there anything that can be done? I was having so much fun and it's so demoralizing to have to start from scratch after investing so many hours :-(. Account name : sugarglider. I truly hope you can reconfigure on your end! Please let me know.

It's such a shame because this game had fast become my favorite iPhone app, and I've recommended it to everyone I know with an iPhone or ipod touch. Now I can't even play

Regarding your situations, I think you may have deleted the app off your phone by holding the home button to rearrange/delete apps, then deleting AF. In that case, the data is lost forever.
Otherwise, probably a glitch. Wait for the next update, coming soon! Maybe it'll contain enough new features to tempt you back to AF!

sugarglider: I have an account for you. What levels are being reflected properly according to the info in our system. If you did a reset of the character or a reinstall before syncing there is potential to lose your data. I apologize for the inconvenience.

When I installed the new version, I had to delete the app, and reinstall it, and my account was updated just fine. I don't think what you said is correct.

When I upgraded the application my account was reset to level 0 too. And whenever I mine I get the message "You must complete your existing challenges in order to level up", but i don't have any challenges available.

Somebody please help me. I updated to the latest version today, and my character was lost. My name was VJ Prana. I had countless hours invested in the game and had maxed out everything. I cannot believe all this effort is lost. Please check your database and restore my account. PLEEEEEEEAAAAAASSSSSEEEEEEE!

So what is the solution, backup your iphone before deleting or reinstalling aurora feint? If I back up the iphone I should have all my account data saved?
I lost my account data after installing a new version as well.
