Is the uneven resouce allocation a bug? I have much less water and than almost any other resource. Is this by design?

That's funny. I was thinking the same thing, but about Wind. I struggle to keep any of that resource, while I have plenty of the rest. And most of my upgrades so far require it.

scott: I was thinking the same thing. ender78: And this may not be correct, but by looking at your signature, you only have 135K wind, which is actually the least, considering water's at 152K.
