can't level anymore. Did I finish the game?

I have all skills at 8, think I solved all 10k challenges and have all masteries maxed. When I try to level, the game tells me to complete my challenges. However I cant buy any new ones and finished the old ones. Is this a bug or did I complete the game?

It was my understanding that in the current update the developers focused on stability [and revising molten lava ] I am also "finished" with the game and get that level up message. I am just continuing to play and adding resources while waiting for more challenges.

Maybe Jason and Danielle can come up with some cool stuff for us with millions of crystals to buy.

Ah well... I just decided to restart the game and see how fast I can do it again
