Tool blocks not showing in smith

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, but I haven't seen it. Since updating to 1.0.1.0, I don't have any tool blocks showing up in the smith. I add the three tools into the spaces near the top of the screen, but nothing shows up in the game. With the goals being steeper after the update, I could really use the help. As it is now, I'm hard pressed to get past a level 2 blueprint without the tools. Or maybe I just suck.

To use tools in the smith you need to double tap a block, which will open a popup allowing you to replace the block you tapped with the selected tool block.
